Return Policy / Cancellation Policy
- We gladly accept returns, exchanges, or replacements of ONLY unused merchandise within 7 days from the date of delivery.
- In case the product does not fit you/or you do not like it, you can exchange the same within 7 days for a different size or a *credit note.
- Returns/Exchange must be initiated within 7 days of the delivery date.
- All returns are processed as store credit only.
- Store credits are valid for 6 Months. Please note that the store credits once expired can not be extended further.
- Please note item is eligible for a store credit only once and size exchange only once against any order ID.
- Cash/ Monetary refunds are not provided.
- Any Products bought in any sale are ineligible for return or exchange.
- Customized and altered products are ineligible for return.
- All items must be in their original condition; unworn, unused, unwashed, with the return tags still attached and accompanied by a proof of purchase.
- All returns are accepted at the discretion of our team. Any item/s returned without their returns tag, will not be accepted, and it is the customers responsibility to have their items collected from the warehouse.
- The return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer, we do not refund the cost of shipping. We do arrange for a reverse pick-up at an additional cost of INR 200.
- Logus World does not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event if the return package is lost, stolen or mishandled.
- The items must be returned to our warehouse before the return for credit or exchange can be issued.
- Logus World cannot be held liable for the loss of products being returned.
- Products that have incurred any makeup stains or that smell of perfume or any other scent will not be accepted. Hence, please take care when trying on the garments.
- We do not accept any exchanges for items marked as FINAL SALE.
- We do not accept any international returns / exchanges/cancellations at the moment.
- Only authorised returns will be processed. Any returns sent without authorisation will be refused and it will be the responsibility of the customer to arrange collection of their product.
- It takes about 6-7 working days to complete your return request post your request has been triggered.
- Once the return/exchange request is accepted by us, please ensure the products should be shipped back within 1-2 days to avoid delays in processing. Any returned items that are not received by us, will be treated as not returned. The brand is not liable for any lost, damaged or undelivered returns. Please ensure to use a trackable shipping service for your return.
- Kindly mention your name, phone number or order Id for us to identify it.
- Returned items received will be examined by the quality check team. Failing to meet the qualifying conditions mentioned will not be accepted and will be returned back to you at your expense. No amount will be reimbursed in this case.
- In case of a defective, damaged, incorrect, or missing product received please email us within 24 hours of receiving the package. Kindly include clear photos or videos of the item and packaging.

Cancellation Policy
Once the order is placed by you, you cannot cancel your order.
Only we at Logus World hold the right to cancel the order once placed by you.
You must inform us of your reason for cancellation by means of a clear statement within 24 hours. You can inform us by:

Only if approved by Logus World you are eligible for cancellation. Only then the refund will be credited to you in form of store credit within 14 days. Cash/ Monetary refunds are not provided.
