Shipping Policy
IS THERE A SHIPPING FEE?
We offer free standard shipping for order over INR 5,000 across India.
A flat fee of INR 200 is charged on all orders below INR 5,000.
COD orders of any order value will pay shipping charges of INR 200.
Rest of the World will have a delivery fee associated depending on your shipping country. You will be able to view the information at the time of checkout.
How long does it take to deliver my order?
We are a made to order brand.
For individual product delivery timelines*, please visit the Shipping tab on its page.
The standard delivery takes 8-10 working days to complete the delivery.
Express shipping takes 5-6 working days to complete the delivery.
Same day delivery and next day delivery (available for selected pincodes and selected products) takes less than 1 working day to complete the delivery.
For international orders, please expect delivery in 15-20 working days.
*Some products may have longer delivery timelines.
How can I check if you deliver to my pincode?
We currently deliver to most pincodes in India. If you want to confirm your pin code, please mail us.
Can I ship to multiple addresses at the same time?
Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to multiple addresses at this time. We recommend placing separate orders for each address.
Do you ship products outside India?
We ship outside India (Primarily to US, Europe and Australia). You can expect your orders to be delivered at almost all locations in the world. In case there is any import duty, taxes or brokerage fee applicable, it has to be paid by the customer at the time of delivery.
TRACKING
We will send you an email, once your order is ready to dispatch and will also provide the courier tracking details to you. Delivery will not occur on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.
